You can request deletion of your data and account in two ways:
1. From within the app: Settings → Delete Account
2. By emailing us at admin@factorstraining.com with the subject line "Delete My Account"
Once your request is processed, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.

A: Updates are available through the App Store. Go to your App Store app and check the “Updates” tab.
